Leading the real estate lending function, the full-time California Licensed Mortgage Manager will oversee the entire lending lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, and closing, while developing processes and managing vendor relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the full real estate lending lifecycle from origination through to secondary market delivery
Manage first mortgage and home equity lending operations and direct loan delivery to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
Lead, coach, and mentor real estate lending staff while developing strategies to increase application volumeRequired qualifications 5-10 years of progressively responsible real estate lending experience
Broad experience across mortgage origination, underwriting, operations, and secondary market execution
Direct experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan delivery
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Must be located on the West Coast / Pacific Time Zone and able to work Pacific Time business hours
