Key responsibilities: Manage a caseload involving Torts and Products Liability cases Conduct legal research and prepare litigation documents Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and participate in trial preparationRequired qualifications: Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tort, General Liability, or Products Liability law Strong academic background and proven research skills Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities Trial experience preferred but not required
