Interior Designer

Location: New York, NY

Experience: 4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed interior architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD. Produce space plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, millwork details, and finish plans. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the design process. Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and site coordination. Develop technical drawings and specifications for custom millwork, furniture, and architectural finishes. Collaborate with design and FF&E teams to ensure design intent is carried through construction. Assist with client presentations, material selections, and project documentation.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture. 4–7 years of professional experience in interior design or interior architecture. Strong Revit proficiency required, particularly with construction documents and technical detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp. Experience with luxury hospitality, high-end residential, condominium developments, or F&B projects. Strong understanding of construction documentation, millwork, interior detailing, and materials. Experience working through construction administration. Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills. NCIDQ or LEED accreditation is a plus. Why Consider This Opportunity?
