Enablement Specialist

Key responsibilities: Execute tasks within launch readiness projects, including documentation and eLearning course development Own updates to existing programs and products, ensuring documentation is current and organized Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and confirm the accuracy of enablement deliverablesRequired qualificationsExperience in a revenue-generating or B2B customer-facing role, such as sales or customer success Strong written communication skills to convey complex information clearly Ability to ask questions and follow through on tasks independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with knowledge management systems and project tracking tools
