AI Enablement & Transformation Lead

Key responsibilities: Building and shipping AI capabilities, including prototypes and evaluation frameworks, while writing code regularly Leading hands-on enablement sessions and developing role-specific playbooks to drive AI adoption across the organization Owning the AI scorecard and managing the use-case pipeline from intake to rollout, ensuring quality and adherence to governance policiesRequired qualifications: A track record of building and shipping AI systems or tools within the last twelve months At least 7 years of experience in technology, operations, or transformation roles, including 2 years of applied generative AI work Fluency with the current LLM ecosystem and scripting or coding ability for prototyping and integration Demonstrated success in rolling out AI or automation across a non-technical workforce with measurable results Experience establishing governance and responsible-AI policies in a live operating environment
