Remote Social Recruiting Manager — Hospitality & Leadership

Five Iron Golf is seeking a Social Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our hospitality teams across the company's venues nationwide. You’ll recruit for back of house, front of house, and leadership positions, coordinating with venue leaders to fill roles quickly. This full-time, salaried, remote role prefers NYC-based candidates and requires travel to venues as needed. You'll partner with GMs and operations teams to build pipelines and ensure a standout candidate experience.
