Global Provider Recruiting Manager (Remote)

Spring Health is seeking a Manager, Provider Recruiting to lead the global Provider recruitment efforts and scale our international network while ensuring high quality and controlled costs. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Manager, Provider Recruiting and requires minimal travel. You will partner with international legal counsel, credentialing, analytics, and cross-functional teams to execute compliant recruiting strategies across regions and time zones, while coaching a team of
