Process bi-monthly payroll for 75-100 employees through Paychex, audit timesheets, including expense reimbursementsAccounts Payable—process invoices, cut checksAccounts Receivable—invoice clients--50-100 invoices per monthGenerate monthly financial statementsReconcile bank accounts, post journal entriesTaxes—work with CPA on quarterly and annual tax returns 5+ years Controller/Accounting Manager experience in a similar environment~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred~
