Remote Scaled Partnerships Lead

Figma is seeking a Scaled Partner Manager to shape and scale our partner program, connecting dozens of technology partners with product, marketing, enablement, and operations teams. You’ll design repeatable processes and drive growth through partner and user engagement. You’ll collaborate across product, marketing, and partnerships to deliver scalable programs, measure impact, and iterate on new initiatives that empower developers and partners within the Figma ecosystem.
