Investment Banking Associate - Consumer Retail Deals & M&A

Goldman Sachs in New York is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join the Consumer Retail Group (CRG). You will develop and analyze financial models, prepare client materials, and help manage transaction processes across mergers, acquisitions, equity and debt financing. You will gain exposure to the firm’s businesses, collaborate with teams across regions, and build skills in valuation, deal execution, and client communications.
