Investment Banking Associate – Consumer & Retail

Key Responsibilities: Execute M&A and strategic advisory transactions across the Consumer & Retail sector. Develop and review detailed financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses. Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation. Work closely with senior bankers, corporate clients, and financial sponsors. Support junior bankers and contribute to business development initiatives.

Ideal Candidate: Current Investment Banking Associate or experienced Analyst ready to step up. Strong M&A execution experience, ideally within Consumer & Retail. Background at a Bulge Bracket, Elite Boutique, or reputable mid-market investment bank. Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
