Figma is seeking a Manager, Talent Products to lead the team shaping hiring strategy, programs, technology, data, and AI-enabled workflows across our global network. You’ll own the recruiting process design and drive scalable programs in a high-impact, cross-functional role. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, balance speed with quality, and deliver product-like solutions that simplify recruiting for dozens of stakeholders. This is a full-time, remote-friendly US-based opportunity.
