Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospital - 38595170

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse. Previous charge RN experience is required. Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is required. Bachelor's Degree in nursing or an equivalent combination of education and related experience is required. Master's Degree is preferred. Five years of technical experience is preferred. Demonstrated supervisory skills are required.

Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations on the unit. Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care. Supervise and mentor nursing staff as needed. Assist with staff scheduling and resource management.
