Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospital - 38595077

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education and related experience.5 or more years of experience in nursing. At least 2 years of supervisory experience; Charge Nurse experience required. Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor. AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required. AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification required. Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN) within the last 2 years. EPIC experience required.

Responsibilities: Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities. Ensure compliance with established protocols and standards of care. Provide leadership and support for nursing staff in clinical situations. Assist in the development of unit policies and procedures. Oversee the implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Participate in staff development and training programs.
