Setting: Home Health? One Weekend per Month? Emergency On-Call May Be Required
Position Highlights:
3 Year experaince of Home Health Registered Nurse (RNProvide skilled nursing care through home visits. Complete and maintain accurate OASIS documentation. Travel between patients' homes to provide care. Manage patient needs and adjust schedules as necessary.
Work with the HealthWyse (Careficient) EMR system.
Weekend schedule includes two days off: one before Saturday and one after Sunday.
Some emergency on-call coverage may be scheduled.?
Requirements:
- OASIS experience required
- Home Health and Hospice experience required
- Experience traveling between patients for home visits.
- Ability to manage changing schedules and patient needs.
- Valid driver's license in good standing required.
- BLS certification required
