American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with required OASIS experience and home health/hospice background for a 13-week dayshift assignment. Details Home health and hospice setting providing outpatient care through patient home visits Includes wound care responsibilities Shift schedule includes Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 8am-6pmAlso described as Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with flexibility based on patient needs Scheduled for one weekend per month, followed by two days off Some emergency-based call may be required Uses HealthWyse (Careficient) EMR system13-week assignment
Requirements:
- Active VT or compact RN license requiredBLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience requiredOASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) experience required
- Home health and hospice experience required
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
- Must be able to travel between patient homes for visits
- Must be able to manage and adjust to schedule changes
Additional Information:
- Provides home-based nursing care including wound care and hospice services
