Auberge Collection is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for Wildflower Farms to develop proactive talent pipelines and engage with local schools and community partners. The role focuses on entry-level, hourly, seasonal, and emerging hospitality talent to support the resort’s growth and guest experience. The ideal candidate will build partnerships with schools and organizations, leverage multiple sourcing channels, and collaborate with the Talent & Culture team to ensure recruiting aligns with
