Intellectual Property Paralegal

Overview: Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property Paralegal to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their office in NYC. There is a travel component to this role. Prepare legal documents and deposition materials Create case chronologies, including evidence and exhibits Travel with legal team to provide support at trial Manage confidential client information related to patents and intellectual property Perform extensive legal and factual research Oversee and execute post-trial procedures

3+ years paralegal experience Must have International Trade Commission (ITC) experience Must have substantial litigation and trial experience Able to travel as needed to provide trial support Knowledgeable in navigating Westlaw, Lexis, and Pacer ECF Top-notch legal writing and proofreading skills Expert-level Bluebooking and cite checking experience Resourceful, adaptable, organized, and collaborative
