Interim Intellectual Property Paralegal

Overview: Our client seeks a skilled paralegal to assist with all aspects of its brand protection and management.

Company: Our client is a Massachusetts based non-profit which issues standards and codes related to fire protection.

Experience: Five or more years advising on copyright and trademark issues acquired in a top law firm and/or in-house environment.

Location: Fully remote.

Responsibilities Include: Assist with trademark registration and control. Assist with copyright permissions processing. Conduct marketing reviews and advise on take-down notices related to same. Manage state and federal trademark filings and corporate registrations. Assist with contract review and management, as needed.

Qualifications Include: Excellent academic and professional credentials including a baccalaureate degree from a well-respected, accredited institution. Five or more years acquired in law firm and/or in-house environment advising on trademark and copyright issues. Experience filing state and federal intellectual property filings.

Pay rate: $65 Individual compensation offered for this position within the pay range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
