Assess risk and produce rates for new groups with a high level of autonomy
Complete annual renewals and service current group clients, including benefit changes and inquiries
Provide training and mentoring to underwriting and sales staff while managing special projects as neededRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
5 years of underwriting experience in Life, Disability, and/or Supplemental products
Advanced knowledge of group insurance and underwriting principles
Strong math and analytical skills
Advanced MS Office skills
