Senior Manager, Global SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

newcleo is seeking a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead SEC filings and ensure IFRS and U.S. GAAP compliance as the company transitions to a U.S.-listed public entity. You will work with finance, external auditors, and senior stakeholders across regions to build robust reporting processes and maintain strong controls while supporting the group’s global expansion.
