Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)Owning the SEC reporting function, the full-time Senior Manager, SEC Reporting will lead the preparation and review of regulatory filings while managing corporate accounting tasks in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead preparation and review of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, including financial statements and disclosures
Manage corporate accounting tasks, including journal entry and reconciliation review, consolidations, and oversight of financial close processes
Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams to build scalable processes and SOX controlsRequired qualifications 8-15 years of experience in public accounting and industry or strong private-side experience
Significant public company SEC reporting and hands-on corporate accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
CPA certification is strongly preferred
NetSuite implementation experience is a major plus
