Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)Amazon Connect Developer RemoteWe are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performing customer engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
- Develop and configure contact flows, routing strategies, and IVR solutions
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, and Kinesis
- Build APIs and backend services to support contact center functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to call flows, integrations, and performance
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of the system
- Maintain documentation for solutions and processes
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Amazon Connect development
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch)
- Knowledge of IVR design and contact flow development
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with AWS Lex (chatbots) is a plus
- Good understanding of networking and telephony concepts
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in contact center migration to cloud (Amazon Connect)AWS certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Node.js)
