Senior Counsel, Structured Finance & Capital Markets

Raymond James seeks a Senior Counsel to support GreensLedge Capital Markets in transactional and regulatory matters related to structured credit and securitized products. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and advising across investment banking and capital markets engagements. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day matters, escalate significant issues, and partner with Compliance, Risk, and outside counsel to enable practical, commercially oriented solutions.
