New Member Advocate (Manager Level) (Fully Remote)

Serve as the primary advocate and point of contact for egg donors (Split Members) as they navigate their egg freezing and donation journey. Manage a portfolio of cases from match through retrieval, coordinating with fertility clinics, scheduling travel, and tracking progress in CRM. Build and optimize case management best practices, educate members, and resolve issues quickly while following ASRM and FDA guidelines.
