Texas Licensed Corporate Counsel

Key responsibilities: Independently provide legal counsel to senior leadership to support business objectives and mitigate risks Lead and develop the Insurance legal and compliance team, managing performance and priorities Own and manage multiple strategic legal and regulatory initiatives aligned with company strategyRequired qualificationsJ.D. with active bar membership in the US 3-5 years of experience in Texas, including insurance regulatory experience Direct experience with insurance regulatory matters, such as state DOI filings and market conduct Experience managing outside counsel and leading legal or compliance workstreams Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive successful business results
