Key responsibilities: Advise on commercial, employment, privacy, intellectual property, and corporate legal matters Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other contracts Guide data privacy compliance and manage corporate governance and outside counselRequired qualificationsJD from an accredited law school Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar 3 to 5 years of legal experience focused on commercial, technology, or employment law Experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs Working knowledge of employment law, data privacy, and intellectual property
