Description:
San Francisco TowersThe Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Marketing Associate and Regional Marketing Managers through administrative coordination, logistics, and creative asset management, as well as providing occasional, task-based support to other department members.
Essential Functions:
- Help schedule marketing activities, coordinate timelines, and organize creative and media requests using project management software.
- Assist in tracking campaign deliverables and maintaining up-to-date project files and calendars.
- Support internal communication between vendors, Sales, Marketing, System Marketing, and other internal teams as needed.
- Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and maintain accurate notes and action items.
- Assist with the organization and dissemination of marketing content and campaign updates.
- Support event planning logistics and promotional material coordination with community sales teams.
- Maintain media calendars, traffic deadlines, media kits, marketing files, database of creative samples, print tear sheets, invoice tracking, supply orders, and more.
- Provide general support to the System Marketing and Sales Ops teams for internal campaigns and collaborative projects.
- Enter and update data in the Welcome
- Home CRM system (as needed).Compile basic reports on campaign activity and assist with organizing data for review by team members or community sales teams.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
