VP, Leveraged Finance — Lead Complex Capital Deals

Testing Site - JPMC in New York seeks an experienced Vice President to join our industry-leading Leveraged Finance team. You will develop strong client relationships and work across multiple products including M&A, restructurings, and debt/equity raises. Responsibilities include acting as the primary client contact on capital markets transactions, guiding junior bankers, refining materials, building financial projections, and managing deal risks with cross-functional teams.
