Leveraged Finance Associate - Capital Structures & Deals

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks an Associate to join the Leveraged Finance team. You will analyze capital structures, model cash flows, and support the structuring of debt packages for complex client transactions. You will coordinate with coverage, credit, legal and client teams, prepare marketing materials, and present findings to senior management and investors. A strong background in investment banking and superb quantitative and communication skills are essential.
