Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire and expand new customer accounts across the United StatesKey Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major US retail clients and fashion brands
- Market Intelligence: Identify emerging market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and formulate actionable growth strategies
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our China-based operations team to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
- QualificationsIndustry Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of the fashion/apparel industry with established network and proven ability to generate new business opportunities
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience as Sales Manager or Product Manager within garment import/export companies
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of US fashion apparel development, xuwmhxw merchandising, and market dynamics
- Results-Driven: Documented history of exceeding sales targets and successfully expanding market share
- International Experience: Prior collaboration experience with overseas manufacturing facilities (preferred)
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, motivated, and capable of thriving in an independent, fast-paced environment
