Learning Instructional Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead end-to-end design and development of digital, instructor-led, blended, and performance-support learning. Translate business priorities into clear performance outcomes through needs analysis and stakeholder discovery. Rapidly design and build high-quality assets (storyboards, eLearning, videos, toolkits, facilitator guides). Develop digital learning using modern authoring tools ( Articulate Storyline strongly preferred .) Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment, communication, and on-time delivery. Ensure learning experiences are accessible, globally inclusive, and aligned with the brand and culture. Support content migration, modernization, and LMS deployment workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years’ experience in learning experience or instructional design Strong expertise in performance-based design, adult learning, and blended learning Advanced experience with digital authoring tools (Storyline required; Rise or equivalent a plus) Experience designing for global audiences and managing LMS publishing/QA
