To support the design and development of enterprise training programs in data and AI, the remote Learning Designer will create engaging online learning experiences for professionals at all levels, focusing on evidence-based and learner-centered content.
Key responsibilities:
Develop slides and instructor guides for live online training programs
Design interactive exercises and activities to engage learners and enhance hands-on practices
Analyze data to drive decisions and monitor program performance, developing KPIs to measure impactRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Education, Design, Business, or a related field
Experience in designing courses for adult learners, particularly in corporate training for data and AI topics
Strong project management skills with experience in operational frameworks
Comfortable with project management tools such as Jira or MS Project
Experience applying effective strategies to engage learners and help them achieve their learning goals
