Senior Associate - Associate Manager, Financial ReportingSS&C, through our partnership with Lighthouse Investment Partners, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate - Associate Manager or Manager of Financial Reporting team supporting a global, multi-strategy investment platform with over $20B in AUM.

Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence. You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.
How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and investor reports
  • Deep understanding of how general ledgers, trial balances and other reports aggregate under US GAAPLiaise with external auditors, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables and internal performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain internal reporting calendars and audit timelines
  • Required Experience3 to 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of partnership and hedge fund accounting and financial statement preparation under the US AICPA Investment Companies guide
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and build strong client relationships
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with SS&C Advent Geneva a plus

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. New York: The expected base salary for the position is between $60,000 USD to $130,000 USD. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
