Human Resources Recruiter

Securitas is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to source, screen, and hire high-quality security personnel and support staff. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, and ensure a professional, timely candidate experience. You’ll maintain ATS records, support onboarding, and uphold compliance with employment and EEO regulations. This position supports Securitas’ mission-driven, safety-focused culture by building diverse, skilled teams that protect people, property, and assets across a wide range of client environments. Manage full-cycle recruiting for security officers and support roles Partner with hiring managers to define roles and staffing needs Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews Coordinate interview scheduling and provide feedback to candidates Prepare and extend offers in line with company guidelines Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and HR systems Support onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements Ensure compliance with employment laws and EEO regulations Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives Full-cycle recruiting Applicant tracking systems (ATS) Interviewing and candidate assessment Sourcing (job boards, social media, referrals) Employment law and EEO compliance Offer negotiation Data tracking and reporting Onboarding coordination Microsoft Office/HRIS systems Written and verbal communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PHR or SHRM-CP preferred Recruiting or talent acquisition certifications a plus Knowledge of employment law and EEO regulations
