Change Management Manager

Job Responsibilities: \* Lead the development and execution of comprehensive OCM strategies, plans, and methodologies for various projects and programs. \* Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies. \* Design and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and training programs to support change adoption. \* Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and other stakeholders to integrate OCM activities into overall project plans. \* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OCM initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes. \* Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on their roles in supporting organizational change. \* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization. \* Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM practices and methodologies within Unisys.You will be successful in this role if you have:\* Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful Strategy Plans within an organizational change management context. \* Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives in a complex corporate environment. \* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. \* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. \* Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR). \* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. \* Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus. This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
