Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)Fluent in both Spanish and English, the full-time Bilingual Outbound Sales Specialist will conduct high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients in services, educate them on available resources, and support their healthcare needs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to inform and enroll patients in Pomelo Care services
Achieve enrollment goals based on company KPIs and document all patient interactions accurately
Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure patients receive appropriate care
Required qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and English
Experience in outreach enrollments and prospecting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CT
