Senior Counsel, Renewable Energy Deals

WM in Houston seeks a Senior Legal Counsel for Renewable Energy Transactions to support its growing renewable energy group. This role focuses on transactional work, energy commodities trading and marketing activities, and regulatory compliance support. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience in energy, familiarity with pipelines, power markets, and environmental commodity regimes, and be able to lead deals independently.
