Senior Renewable Energy Transactions Counsel

WM seeks a Sr Legal Counsel – Renewable Energy Transactions to support the company’s renewable energy group. The role focuses on transactional work, energy trading, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in energy transactions, JD, and Texas bar licensure, with experience in natural gas, power, ISDAs, and NAESBs; familiarity with EPA, FERC, CFTC, DOE, and state PUCs is highly valued.
