Key Responsibilities: Handle a diverse range of insurance coverage litigation and advisory matters, providing strategic legal advice Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Represent clients in New Jersey and/or New York state and federal courts while collaborating with attorneys and clients on complex coverage mattersRequired QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school, with a graduation year of 2021 or earlier Mid- to senior-level legal experience focused on insurance coverage Experience litigating in New Jersey and/or New York state and federal courts Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to independently manage matters while working effectively as part of a team
