Key responsibilities: Appear in Supreme, Surrogates, and Federal Court to argue motions and participate in mediations related to foreclosure and default services matters Maintain ongoing communication with clients and adversaries to ensure timely progress and resolution of foreclosure cases Oversee and mentor support staff while reviewing and ensuring the quality of legal documentationRequired qualifications 2+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in New York State Must be admitted to practice in New York (EDNY and SDNY is a plus) Strong legal writing and drafting skills, particularly in complex motions Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously Leadership qualities with the ability to guide support staff
