Remote Client Experience Lead for High-Growth Clients

Crew Finance is seeking a seasoned CX lead to own the client experience end-to-end for high-growth startups. You’ll ensure onboarding handoffs land, responses meet standards, and ongoing relationships stay healthy while watching margins and fees. With a background in accounting, you’ll diagnose issues, resolve disputes, and guide conversations about scope, pricing, and renewals across multiple client accounts from the Santa Monica-based team.
