Client Services Lead, Loyalty & Growth (Remote)

Kobie Marketing, a national loyalty solutions leader, seeks an Associate Director, Client Services to own day-to-day client relationships across retail accounts, shaping loyalty strategy with data and insight and leading cross-functional teams. You will partner with Strategy and Decision Science to lift participation and ROI, and define campaigns that engage customers across stores, apps, and ecommerce. Travel up to 15% may be required.
