As a commissioning specialist on our team, you will participate in on-site activities to support data center commissioning projects. You will have the opportunity to lead and perform all mechanical commissioning-related activities, to include testing (QA/QC, functional performance) and equipment and systems start-up, resulting in a safe and functional environment that meets established design requirements and stakeholder expectations. The candidate will engage in the owner's L4-L5 data center commissioning while overseeing and supporting the L0-L3 commissioning activities. You will have the responsibility of working directly with our clients, project stakeholders, and contractors to achieve the best possible outcome for the owner/client with a focus on operational performance and efficiency. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent years of experience 10+ years of progressive experience as a mechanical commissioning specialist in activities such as utility infrastructure, life safety, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, building/facility systems/components, building automation systems/controls, and facility O&M2-3 years of focused experience as a mechanical commissioning specialist on documenting L2/L3 activities and leading L4/L5 testing for data center commissioning Working knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and TAB mechanical testing and code requirements Understanding of the construction processUS Citizenship Must be able to clear a background check Ability to travel up to 95%
