Corporate M&A / Private Equity Associate

Overview: Requires substantial experience representing control-oriented private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of transactional matters, including platform acquisitions, add-on investments, dispositions, joint ventures, and minority investments. Adeptness at managing multiple aspects of complex transactions, including structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating purchase and investment agreements, and coordinating deal execution is required. Essential skills include strong negotiating and drafting, excellent analytical and writing abilities, and a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving. Candidates must have at least five years of corporate experience at an Am Law 100 firm, specifically representing private equity sponsors.
