Private Equity M&A Associate Growth Equity

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified class of 2025 associate to join its Private Equity group in New York. Candidates must have some experience or demonstrated interest in private M&A and growth equity transactions, with a basic understanding of the diligence process and organizing signing and closing steps. The successful candidate will exercise good judgment, communicate proactively, and effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
