AI Solution Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable business and digital solutions using TypeScript, Python, or. NET.Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, as part of the software development and solution engineering lifecycle. Apply an AI-first mindset to architecture, development, automation, integration and problem solving. Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and prototypes. Work closely with product, architecture and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Evaluate and incorporate emerging AI technologies and development practices into enterprise applications.

Ideal Candidate: Strong hands-on software engineering experience with TypeScript, Python, and/or. NET.Demonstrated experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding/agentic development tools. Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, cloud technologies and application development. Thinks AI-first and is comfortable using AI to accelerate development, testing, documentation and solution design. Insurance industry experience is highly preferred, particularly experience with insurance platforms, workflows, underwriting, claims, policy administration or insurance distribution. Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business and technology stakeholders.
