To support the development of AI-powered capabilities, the full-time remote AI Solutions Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI tools and workflow automations that address operational challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions within a 90-day sprint cadence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and workflow automations to solve business problems, ensuring reliability and maintainability
Analyze business problems and translate them into technical requirements, participating in sprint planning and evaluating solutions
Collaborate with various teams to understand workflows, identify integration points, and ensure compliance with enterprise standardsRequired Qualifications 3-6 years of software development experience with a focus on AI and automation in an enterprise environment
Strong proficiency in dataflow programming frameworks and experience with large language model APIs
Hands-on experience with automation and integration platforms, particularly within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into defined technical requirements without formal specifications
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly
