Cross-Border M&A & Private Equity Associate

Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York seeks a transactional attorney to lead and assist complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions with international counterparties. You will represent private equity and other investors, coordinate due diligence, review governance documents, draft purchase agreements and related documents, and provide strategic guidance on structuring, risk allocation, and regulatory considerations throughout the deal lifecycle.
