Accounting Manager, Audit - Tax

Our client is a growing alternative investment manager looking for a Director to lead fund accounting and fund operations across its investment platform. You'll own the quarterly and annual close for the funds, manage the administrator relationship, and tighten up the operational processes that sit around the books. Review quarterly financials, partner capital statements, and annual audited financials, and coordinate with auditors through year-endOwn cash movements, capital calls, distributions, and the controls around themPartner with investor relations, tax, legal, and compliance on investor reporting, side letters, and fund documentsImprove workflows across fund operations, including reconciliations, onboarding of new vehicles, and system and data integritySupport new fund launches and acquisitions from an accounting and operations standpoint8 to 15 years of fund accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a management role~ Strong knowledge of partnership accounting, allocations, and fund structures (master/feeder, SPVs, co-invests)
